RETURNS
You have 14 days to return your order without giving any reason.
The period starts from the moment you receive the product.
How to make a return?
1. Contact us at: sklep@basssup.com. An email is sufficient, but you can also use the return form.
2. Send the product back within 14 days from submitting your return. The shipping date counts.

4. Return costs:
The cost of returning the product is covered by the Customer.
5. Refund:
We refund:
- the full product price,
- and the cost of the cheapest available delivery option, if paid by the Customer.
6. Refund time:
We process refunds within 14 days from receiving your return request.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of shipment.
7. Product condition:
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
If it has been used beyond that scope, the refund amount may be reduced.
8. Exceptions:
Returns do not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
COMPLAINTS
We care about quality – but if something goes wrong, contact us.
We will resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
If the product is not in conformity with the contract, you may:
- request repair,
- request replacement,
- request a price reduction,
- or withdraw from the contract if the issue is significant.
How to submit a complaint?
1. Complaints may be submitted:
a. electronically to one of the following e-mail addresses:

b. in writing to the following address:

2. For faster complaint handling, it is recommended to direct complaints as follows:
a. for Bass Standard Collection products sold in Poland, outside Poland– to: reklamacje@supbass.pl;
b. for B Light by Bass products sold in Poland – to: kontakt@supbass.pl;
c. for B Light by Bass products sold outside Poland, in particular in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia – to: office@supbass.pl.
3. Please include:
- order number,
- description of the issue,
- your request.
4. Response time:
We respond within 14 days.
If we fail to respond within this time, the complaint is considered accepted.
5. Resolution time:
The issue will be resolved within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature of the product and its intended use, without
causing excessive inconvenience to the Customer.
6. Costs:
If the complaint is justified, we cover the transport costs.
7. What happens next?
Depending on the situation:
- we will repair the product,
- replace it,
- or provide a refund or price reduction.
WARRANTY
The manufacturer provides a warranty depending on the product.
The warranty covers defects resulting from causes inherent in the product, in particular material or manufacturing defects.
Detailed warranty terms, including duration and scope, are specified in the warranty document included in the User Manual,
attached to the product, or provided by the Seller.
The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer’s rights resulting from legal provisions regarding non-conformity
of goods with the contract.
