The new Extreme Hard Pro paddle is designed for very fast and efficient paddling. It is built for professional SUP riders seeking uncompromising performance to paddle with confidence and maximum speed.
The rigid shaft and blade feature a sharp, reinforced edge and base with a deep concave profile, delivering a powerful and stable stroke required for high-speed paddling. Ideal for strong athletes across all SUP disciplines. It excels in sprints, short-distance races, and finishing pushes.
The paddle is made entirely from prepreg carbon fiber (Dextreme type), characterized by maximum lightness, stiffness, and durability. The Extreme Hard Pro represents a new, more efficient level of paddling performance.
Blade
The deep concave blade shape increases water resistance to maximize power during each stroke. It also stabilizes the blade, ensuring a strong and stable catch and straight tracking in the water.
The concave design improves efficiency, providing significant energy savings, smoother paddling, and higher speed consistency.
The blade is extremely stiff and strong, made from the hardest Dextreme carbon, reinforced along the edges with additional carbon fiber layers and a thickened base near the shaft connection. This makes the paddle sharp, efficient, and highly durable.
The Extreme Hard Pro is available in different blade sizes:
- 542 cm² / 84 in² / 168 × 453 mm – size M+, recommended for 60–95 kg
- 587 cm² / 91 in² / 157 × 470 mm – size L, recommended for 90–110 kg
- 626 cm² / 97 in² / 182 × 485 mm – size XL, recommended for 100–115 kg
How to choose blade size:
Blade size should be selected based on rider weight. If your weight fits two categories (e.g. 90 kg fits both M+ and L), consider your paddling style:
- Higher cadence → choose smaller blade
- Power paddling → choose larger blade
Shaft
As the name suggests, the Extreme Hard Pro features a rigid shaft (hard flex). This is the best solution for very strong paddlers who prefer a power-based paddling style.
The shaft is made entirely from prepreg Dextreme 12K carbon, providing strong stroke power and fast acceleration. The low weight (430–450 g) and stable tracking significantly reduce fatigue during paddling.
- Shaft diameter: 29 mm
- Maximum length: 220 cm
- When ordering, the total paddle length must be specified in cm
- Do not cut the shaft yourself — otherwise warranty is void
The shaft is finished with a comfortable Palm-style handle, ensuring a strong and stable grip.
